 How to cook GRILLED SALMON easy method 


Ingredients:

• 1/3 c cooking oil
• 1 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tsp sesame oil
• 1/3 c Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce
• 1/4 c green onions, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
• 1 tsp garlic, minced

• 2 (400 g) salmon fillets, skin removed

Procedure:

1. In a shallow dish, mix vegetable oil, rice vinegar, sesame oil, Lee Kum Kee Oyster Sauce, green
onions, ginger, and garlic. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and
marinate for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat grill pan. Remove the fillets from the marinade and place on the grill pan.
3. Cook one side for 5-8 minutes and turn the fillet to cook the other side for another 5-8 minutes,
depending on the thickness of the fillet. You may check if the fish is done by using a fork to flake
the meat.
