Ingredients :

90 g flour

150 g melted dark chocolate
100 g bitter cocoa powder
90g sugar
5 pretty ripe pears
2 tablespoons of crushed almonds
20g butter
2 tablespoons brown sugar
4 drops of vanilla extract
Method : 
Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6).
Mix the melted chocolate, drops of vanilla and crushed almonds.
Pour into each mold.
Peel, cut into 8 pears and remove the heart. Brown them in butter
and brown sugar, then arrange in pan.
Mix the flour, ground almonds, cocoa, sugar and butter
pieces, until a sandy paste.
Pour over the pears and bake loosely 30 minutes.

Let cool and refrigerate.
