How to cook Beetroot Salsa Salad easy method
Ingredients:
3x Beetroot (peeled and grated)
Sauce:
250g Spinach
1x Tomato
1x Avocado
2x Tsp Curry Spice
1x Clove Garlic
Fresh Coriander
Garnish:
Romaine Lettuce Leaves
1x Tomato (sliced)
Method:
Blend the sauce ingredients and stir into the peeled beetroot.
Serve with romaine lettuce leaves and a slice of tomato.
Serves 4 (as a starter)
