Easy Apple pie method

Hi 

we have today easy recipe of : 

Apple pie



Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients : 

625 ml (2 ½ cups) skim milk
250 ml (1 cup) water
325 ml (1 1/3 cup) fat oatmeal
75 ml (1/3 cup) wheat germ
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Packed brown sugar
2 ml (1/2 tsp.) Pie spice pumpkin or ground cinnamon
1 seeded and cut apple into cubes
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Dried cranberries (optional)

method : 

In a large saucepan, heat water and the average high heat milk to a simmer. Add oats and wheat germ. Reduce heat to medium-low heat, then add brown sugar and spices. Cook, stirring, about 12 minutes or until the mixture begins to thicken.
Remove from heat and add the apples and cranberries, if desired. Cover and let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 4 servings.
