Easy method of cooking of sandwich with egg

we have today recipe of : Easy method of cooking of sandwich with egg


Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: None

2 hard-cooked eggs scales
15 mL (1 tbsp.) Each of 0% fat Greek yogurt and light mayonnaise
Pinch of freshly ground pepper
1 finely chopped celery
60 mL (1/4 cup) finely chopped red bell pepper
1 finely chopped green onion (optional)
5 ml (1 tsp.) Of dill or parsley, chopped, or 1 mL (1/4 tsp.) Dried dill
2 lettuce leaves
2 slices of whole grain bread or pumpernickel
In a bowl, use a fork to mash the eggs until crumbly. Add yogurt, mayonnaise and pepper and mix. Add celery, bell pepper, green onion and dill. Mix well.
Place a lettuce leaf on each slice of bread and top with egg mixture.

Makes 2 servings.
