we have today like recipe : Easy method of cooking tuna salad and white beans
ingredients
⅓ cup tomato juice
3 c. tablespoon lemon juice
2 c. tablespoons olive oil
1 c. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil tea
¼ c. salt tea
1 can of tuna, drained
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
¼ cup pitted Kalamata olives, chopped
6 cups mixed greens
Makes 4 servings

In a measuring cup, whisk tomato juice, lemon juice, oil, basil and salt.
In a medium bowl, mix tuna, beans, cucumber, olives and 1 tbsp. of the dressing.
Divide the greens among 4 plates. Top with tuna mixture and dressing.
