Indian lentils

Ingredients : 
Vegetable oil - a tablespoon
Minced onion, finely chopped - Pill
Curry paste - a quarter cup
Vegetable broth - liter
Canned tomatoes, cut into cubes - 400 grams
Washed red lentils - Two-thirds cup
Vermicelli - quarter cup
Chopped coriander - ½ cup

Method : 


1. meaty oil on the fire in a saucepan, then add the onions.

3. Then add the curry paste and stir ingredients.
4. Add the broth, tomatoes, lentils and vermicelli.
5. Cover the pot and leave the ingredients boil for about 20-25 minutes until softening ingredients.
