Easy method of french lenses
ingredients
425 ml (1 ³ / 4 cup) water
230 g (1 ¹ / 4 cup) Puy lentils
1 c. sea salt coffee
2 c. tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 c. tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
¹ / 4 c. Coffee ground cumin
Freshly ground pepper
75 g (¹ / 2 cup) walnut pieces
15 sage leaves
60 g (2 oz) goat cheese or blue, cut into four pieces
2 figs, quartered
Preparation
Put the water, lentils and salt in a medium saucepan. Bring to high heat to a boil, then lower the heat and put the lid so that the lentils simmer for 20-25 minutes, until tender; they shall not have processed into puree.
Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Let's go jump walnuts until fragrant; take them out of the oil, reserve them and sprinkle them with a little sea salt.
Divide the sage leaves in a single layer in the same oil and cook without stirring until the color begins to darken. Take them out of the oil, reserve them and sprinkle them with a little sea salt.
