How to cook Roasted corn cobs with butter and basil easy recipe
ingredients
8 corn cobs, leaves and silks removed
60 ml (1/4 cup) melted butter
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Chopped fresh basil
A pinch of paprika
A pinch of brown sugar
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
Basil garnish
preparation
1. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, basil, paprika, brown sugar, salt, pepper and, if desired, garlic.
3. Place each corn cob trimmed on a sheet of aluminum foil.
4. Apply liberally seasoned butter.
5. Wrap aluminum foil.
6. Put the cobs on the grill and cook about 20 minutes, turning often to prevent them from burning.
7. Sprinkle with basil and serve.
