how to cook Rolled egg easy recipe
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 3 minutes
1 egg or 2 egg whites
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Red pepper, diced
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Courgette or grated carrots
A pinch of freshly ground pepper
1 small flour tortilla whole grain
15 ml (1 tbsp.) Of strong lightweight shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese grated reduced
In a small bowl and using a fork, beat together the egg, red pepper, zucchini and pepper.
Heat a small nonstick skillet (20 cm / 8 inches) over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking oil. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cover the entire thickness of surface. Cook for 2 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Using a spatula, lift the edges and return the egg. Cook for 30 seconds or until everything is firm and lightly browned.
Place the egg on the tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Ride, and enjoy!
